PREPARATION:

1. 1 packet of Masfood Stewed Fragrant Spices.
2. 3 cloves of garlic.
3. 5 tablespoons dark soy sauce.
4. 1 tablespoons light soy sauce.
5. 1500ml water.
6. 1kg meat, ribs, chicken, eggs or others.

COOKING METHOD:

1. Boil 1500ml water.
2. Add in Masfood Stewed Fragrant Spices, meat or others, garlic, dark soy sauce and light soy sauce into the boiling water.
3. Continue to simmer on low heat. SUGGESTED COOKING TIME: Chicken / Bean Curd / Egg 30mins. Duck / Meats / Ribs 1 hour.
