Vegetables, 500 grams of potatoes, 400ml of water (2 cups), 200 grams of thick coconut milk and a packet of Masfood Instant Vegetarian Curry Paste.
Mix the curry paste together with the vegetables and potato in a pot and cook until it is aromatic. Then, add in the water and wait for it to boil and then only add in the coconut milk. Simmer over a low heat until the vegetable are soft and tender. (Approx:20 minutes)
