What you need:

• Ah Fook Emperor Chicken Herbs & Spices Mix
• 1 whole chicken
• Plastic wrapper and aluminum foil

How you do it:

1. Clean whole chicken without heads and feet, apply Emperor Chicken Mix onto skin and belly of the chicken
2. Wrap the chicken with plastic wrapper followed by the aluminium foil
3. Steam for 2 hours over low flame and serve hot.
